Welcome to Bridge AI.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Bridge AI, an online learning platform provided by PT Jembatan Koding Indonesia ("Bridge AI", "we", or "us").
By using Bridge AI, you agree to the following terms.
About Bridge AI
Bridge AI is an online learning platform that helps you build programming logic before moving on to a programming language or to AI.
Age Requirement
Bridge AI is designed for users in middle school (SMP) and above, and can be used independently.
Elementary school (SD) children or other minors who are not yet ready to use the service independently may still use Bridge AI with the supervision, knowledge, and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising a minor's use of the service. They may also contact us at cs@belajarbridge.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's personal data, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Accounts
- Sign-in is via a Google account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- One account is for one person only.
Subscriptions
- Bridge AI offers a free trial period according to the applicable plan.
- After the trial ends, a paid subscription begins only if you choose to continue.
- A subscription is per account and unlocks every available course for as long as the period stays active.
- There is no automatic renewal. Payment is made upfront for one period. We do not store your payment method and we do not charge you on a recurring basis.
- Premium access lasts until the end of the period you have paid for. To continue, you need to make a new payment from the subscription page — we remind you in the app as the period nears its end.
- There is a short grace period after a period ends before premium access closes.
- If you pay early, the new period runs from the end of your current one — you do not lose the days remaining.
- Because there is no recurring charge, there is nothing to cancel. Simply do not make the next payment.
AI Tutor
The AI Tutor is designed to support your learning.
While we aim for accurate answers, AI can produce information that is imprecise or incomplete.
Treat the AI Tutor as a study companion, not as the sole source of truth.
Do not enter personal, confidential, or sensitive information into the AI Tutor.
Whether your exercise is correct is decided deterministically by our own system, not by the AI. The AI Tutor does not determine exam results or certificates.
Intellectual Property
All materials, exercises, questions, videos, illustrations, and content on Bridge AI belong to Bridge AI or its licensors.
Content may not be reproduced or resold without permission.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Share your account with others.
- Use the service for illegal activity.
- Misuse the AI Tutor.
- Attempt to compromise the security of Bridge AI's systems.
Changes to the Service
We may add, change, or discontinue features or services at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Bridge AI is a learning platform.
We do not guarantee that any user will obtain employment, a salary increase, or any particular outcome from using the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The Indonesian version of this document prevails in the event of any difference in interpretation with this translation.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us.
This Privacy Policy explains how PT Jembatan Koding Indonesia ("Bridge AI AI", "we", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use Bridge AI AI.
Data Controller
The Personal Data Controller for this service is PT Jembatan Koding Indonesia, domiciled in Indonesia, reachable at cs@belajarbridge.com. At our current scale we have not appointed a separate Data Protection Officer; that function is carried out directly by the company's management.
Data We Collect
We may collect:
- Name
- Google profile photo
- Learning progress
- Exercise answers
- Conversations with the AI Tutor
- Payment information necessary to operate the service
- Device and service-usage information.
We do not store your card or payment-method details. All payment processing is handled by our payment provider.
Your name and email are stored encrypted in our database. Before your question is sent to the AI provider, we strip identifying data from its contents.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of:
- Performance of a contract — to create your account, store your progress, provide the AI Tutor, and process your subscription.
- Consent — for usage analytics that are not necessary to operate the service.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the system secure, prevent abuse, and improve service quality.
- Legal obligation — for transaction records and taxation.
Why We Collect Data
Data is used to:
- Create your account.
- Store your learning progress.
- Provide the AI Tutor.
- Improve service quality.
- Provide user support.
How Long We Keep Data
- Account data and learning progress are kept while your account is active.
- If you request account deletion, your personal data is deleted as soon as the request is processed.
- Accounts unused for 24 consecutive months are deleted along with their personal data.
- Payment transaction records may be kept longer where tax and financial record-keeping rules require it.
Third-Party Services
To operate the service we work with a number of third-party providers in the following categories:
- Account authentication (sign-in) providers.
- Artificial-intelligence providers powering the AI Tutor.
- Licensed payment service providers.
- Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and data storage.
- Usage analytics providers.
- Application error and reliability monitoring providers.
Each provider has its own privacy policy, and we share only the data necessary for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for third-party advertising.
A specific list of providers is available on reasonable request via cs@belajarbridge.com, and to the competent authorities where required.
Transfers Outside Indonesia
Some providers in the categories above process or store data outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, including in the United States.
In line with Article 56 of Law No. 27 of 2022, we make such transfers on the basis that the provider applies an equivalent level of personal data protection, through data processing agreements and each provider's standard contractual clauses.
Data Security
We work to protect user data using reasonable security practices.
However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Law No. 27 of 2022, you have the right to:
- Obtain information about the personal data we process about you.
- Update or correct your personal data.
- End processing and request deletion of your personal data.
- Obtain a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave.
- Object to certain processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
Requests can be made by contacting cs@belajarbridge.com. We will respond within 3×24 working hours of receiving the request.
Cookies
Bridge AI uses cookies to keep your login session active — these are necessary for the service to function.
We also use a third-party analytics service to understand how the service is used. Your IP address is anonymised in that analytics. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
